Don’t Let Excessive Sweating Take Over Your Life
Everybody sweats, you just do – it’s natural. But if you’re one of the millions of people in the world who suffer from excessive sweating, it can be something that takes over your life.
You might have to be careful about what you wear, where you go and what you do. Worrying about if you’re going to sweat could make work difficult and stop you going on nights out.
You’re not alone if this sounds like you. If you’ve tried a variety of different remedies or methods for stopping or at least covering up your problem with little success, you’re probably crying out for a natural and permanent cure.
Why does excessive sweating affect some people and not others?
Information on why you sweat more than other people is probably not as useful as information on how to stop, but understanding why you sweat might help when discussing possible cures.
The scientific name for excessive sweating is Hyperhidrosis. It’s totally natural to sweat and we all do it, it’s how the body stops you over-heating – as the sweat evaporates it cools the skin. If you’ve been exercising or it’s a hot day you sweat to try and cool yourself down. You might also sweat when you’re under pressure, nervous or anxious, as sweating is linked to the nervous system.
However, if you sweat excessively you may have Hyperhidrosis which affects a lot of teenagers but can also affect older people too.
Doctors believe that you suffer from hyperhidrosis due to an overactive nervous system. What can make it worse for a lot of people is that it can seem totally unrelated to how hot you feel. A common complaint of sufferers is that they get nervous because they sweat, then sweat more because they are nervous.
Understanding how you are affected by excessive sweating can help you deal with the problem, or even better find a cure that works for you.
So what can you do? You could try any of the following measures that might help alleviate the problem or at least make it less obvious:
-Wear loose-fitting natural fabrics that won’t stain, white or black are best
-Make sure you have a shower at least once a day
-Avoid spicy foods, caffeine in tea, coffee, soft drinks and, sorry, chocolate
-Apply your anti-perspirant a number of times during the day rather than just once
-Try using a high strength anti-perspirant with a higher Aluminium Chloride percentage
Surgery and “arm-pit” shields might also be an alternative if you’re brave. But rather than looking at drastic cures or methods of covering up the problem, wouldn’t you rather be looking for a safe and natural cure that works?
Don’t find a way to live with it…find a way to cure it!
Stop sweating and start living. If you’ve been covering up your excessive sweating until now, you’re probably pretty fed up with that as a solution and would much rather find a cure? That’s what Mike Ramsey thought as well. But rather than someone who’s come up with an idea they think might work, he’s been there. He suffered with excessive sweating for years so he knows what you’re going through.
He used to wear t-shirts under his shirts to hide the sweat, take two or three showers a day and tried all sorts of anti-perspirants, off the shelf and prescription ones, but nothing seemed to work for him. His excessive sweating literally ruled his life – sound familiar?
Then one day he discovered something that changed his life and meant that he could finally cure his excessive sweating quickly and permanently. What’s more the solution was totally natural, and only took a few minutes each day. Within two weeks he was able to reduce his excessive sweating by over 95%.
With his live transformed he decided to create his Stop Sweating & Start Living program which has gone on to help over 14,500 people cure their excessive sweating problem for good. Why not find out more about Mike’s program and see if it can help you too?
