Can’t lose weight? You are not alone. Most of the western world is in the same boat. If you really think you can’t lose weight then it’s time to have a rethink. All you need is a system to hold your hand every day and you will drop weight.
We all know that to lose weight, we should eat less and exercise more. The problem with those two sentences is they don’t go into the specifics. We need to know exactly the steps we have to take every day to lose weight.

If you bin the booze completely are you substituting the drink for something much worse? As ever you must drink sensibly in moderation or risk the consequences.
Sleep, too much or too little? Either too much or too little sleep can interfere with the body’s metabolism. In the hectic world we live in today it’s very hard to get the right amount of sleep. In fact it’s hard to even know what the right amount actually is. If you are feeling tired through the day there’s a good chance you will eat more to liven yourself up. Be aware of this danger.
Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. You body doesn’t know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.
Any of these, or another reason could be why you think you can’t lose weight. Get yourself a system with step by step rules you can follow every day. You give yourself every chance of success with a system you can follow.
